Behaviour Interventionists (BIs, RBTs)

We are always looking for individuals who are passionate about helping children learn. We regularly hire and train BIs to work with families in the Nanaimo region, and occasionally seek individuals in other communities.

People who fit well on our team are respectful, fun, energetic, patient, kind, compassionate and reliable. We value and support individuals of all diversities. At Blackbird, we try to hire BIs who are able to bring different strengths to our team.

Consultants (BCBAs, BCaBAs)

Supervision (RBTs, BCaBAs, BCBAs)

Blackbird is happy to supervise current employees who are seeking certification by the BACB for the following certifications: Registered Behaviour Technition, Board Certified assistant Behaviour Analyst, and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. At this point in time, we are not offering supervision outside of our direct employees.
